Travel arrangements provided through PRIME TRAVEL, 500 Victory Rd., Quincy,
MA 02171, hereinafter referred to as OPERATOR, who is responsible to participant
in arranging for services and accommodations offered as constituting tour.
In the absence of negligence on its part, OPERATOR is not responsible for
personal injury or property damage caused by any supplier of services, or
circumstances beyond OPERATOR’s control. Services described are furnished
by independent contractors who are neither servants of nor partners with
OPERATOR, who shall not be liable for, and expressly disclaim responsibility
for loss, expense, accident, injury or damage to any person or property
resulting directly or indirectly from willful or negligent act or omission
by any service provider, including, without limitation, failure to deliver
or partial or inadequate delivery of services, or any other cause, including
but not limited to any act of God, terrorism, machinery defect, equipment
breakdown, strikes, theft, delay or cancellation of or change in itinerary
or schedules, include features as outlined in brochure and are subject to
change.
UNUSED FEATURES/SERVICES & NO-SHOWS: Neither tour vouchers nor unused
features are exchangeable or refundable.
DISABLED PASSENGERS: Restrictions may apply. Please ask for information.
Very important: if you require special medical equipment or medication,
such as a wheelchair or scooter, sleep apnea machine, oxygen, syringes,
etc., this information must be disclosed to the airline and/or cruise
line and any necessary forms submitted prior to departure.
INSURANCE: Trip Cancellation/Medical/Luggage Insurance is highly recommended.
You must apply separately for insurance—a brochure will be sent
for you to use for this purpose.
PROPER IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED: New regulations! MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION—DO
NOT USE NICKNAMES ON RESERVATION FORM, as this may subject you to change
fees or possible denied boarding, with no compensation. You must carry
either proof of citizenship or a valid passport – please ask for
information.
